- 2 cups beef broth
- ¾ pound mushrooms, diced
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- ½ cup butter, cut into pieces
- ¼ cup all-purpose flour, or more as needed
Directions

Whisk broth, mushrooms, green onions, butter, and flour together in a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a boil, then cook, stirring constantly, until golden brown and thickened, 5 to 10 minutes.
